From the Terminal
Open the Settings app on the Pax

Enter the PAX Android password Note: If keyboard is not on screen, tap in the password box again to get the keyboard to pull up

The Android Settings password can be changed by selecting:

  1. Settings
  2. Password
  3. Modify Password

  1. Select your connection type (WiFi or Ethernet)
    If you select WiFi you will need to also select the WiFi that the terminal is connected to
  2. The Wifi will show connection speeds, Ethernet will show if you have an IP address.
    There is no actual ""Ping"" option

From the BroadPos App

  1. Start up the Omaha App or TSYS BroadPOS App
  2. Select Func Menu
  3. Select Settings
  4. Enter in the password

    • Default 0000
    • Rectangle Health 1208
    • Quantic 0601
    • SuperSonic 83838079
    • Quantic & Indeflex - today's date in MMDDYYYYformat
      • Try Yesterday and Tomorrow's date just in case the date is wrong



  5. Select Communication
  6. Select Ping
  7. Enter in a specific IP address or use the default IP address
  8. Select Confirm to start the test
