- Please make sure that the Bluetooth function of your Phone/Tablet is OFF
- Ensure that the correct Card reader is selected before swiping or dipping card
- Please ensure that the card reader is fully Charged (Can charge and use at the same time)
- Is the Application up-to-date
- Ensure that you are using a compatible device
- Ensure that the card Magstrip is facing the correct direction / the card is being fully inserted for the dip
- Clear the Swipe and Dip Slots of any debris or lint
