  1. Please make sure that the Bluetooth function of your Phone/Tablet is OFF
  2. Ensure that the correct Card reader is selected before swiping or dipping card
  3. Please ensure that the card reader is fully Charged (Can charge and use at the same time)
  4. Is the Application up-to-date
  5. Ensure that you are using a compatible device
  6. Ensure that the card Magstrip is facing the correct direction / the card is being fully inserted for the dip
  7. Clear the Swipe and Dip Slots of any debris or lint
