BroadPOS: Update Auto Settle Time

  1. Log into PAX Store
  2. Go to the Admin center

  3. Select Terminal Management

  4. Locate and Click on the terminal

  5. Go to the PushTask Tab at the top

  6. Expand the Operation History section

  7. Click on the last successful app push for the list to open it

  8. Select Reset

  9. Select OK on confirmation 
    • Parameters File will open

  10. Select the Vantiv Tab

  11. Expand the Misc Parameters section

  12. Edit the start and end times for Auto Settlement 
    • Give it a 15-30 minute window
    • *** Anything 20:00 and later will affect next day funding. MUST LET MERCHANT KNOW AND GET THEIR APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING ***

  13. Click Save

  14. Click Next

  15. Make sure Push immediately is selected

  16. Click Activate

  17. Click OK on the confirmation dialogue

  18. The terminal download the changes.
