Cash Discount & Dual Pricing

Brief:
- Merchant can enable dual pricing from within settings -> business policies. Enabling it will automatically apply cash discount of 4% when presented with the discount pricing page. (Can be customized in v2)
Booking portal:
- You will see both card & cash pricing.
- A line item of Cash discount will be applied to receipt when the cash option is chosen.
Payment link:
- When customer receives payment link, they are presented with the card or cash selection screen before payment.
Merchant portal:
- Merchant can also close a sale with the card/cash price screen.
- Edgecase: When additional services are added to an already paid transaction, We will auto void previous payment on that sales record and create a new total payment with the discount applied to keep everything Clean.
