Open the Merchant Keypad Pay Display app
. If your Merchant Keypad is plugged into your Clover Mini, you should see the message “Clover Merchant Keypad Connected.”

If you see the message “Merchant Keypad disconnected,” make sure that your Merchant Keypad is plugged into the Clover Mini hub.
If the Merchant Keypad is plugged into your Clover Mini but does not turn on, try plugging the Merchant Keypad into another USB port on the Clover Mini hub.
If the Merchant Keypad still does not turn on, please contact Customer Support and request a replacement Merchant Keypad device.
