Clover: login Pin (Changing and forgotten)

An admin Passcode is required to reset a Passcode for an employee. You must have admin privileges to access Employee app functionality.
If you are an Admin and do not remember your Passcode:
- Log in to your Web Dashboard from your computer or smartphone (https://www.clover.com/home/login)
NOTE
If you forgot your admin Password, click on Forget password? You will have to enter your email that your account was set up with. Look for the email from app@clover.com to reset your password.
- Click on the Employee app
- Filter by ADMIN role
- Locate and select your employee profile
- Click on the Pencil icon to the right of your name to view your passcode
- Enter the new 4-or 6-digit Passcode
- Tap Save
To reset an employee login Passcode:
- Log in to the Clover device using an Admin Passcode
- Open Employees app
- Tap employee in the list of employees
- Tap Pencil icon at top of screen
- Tap Passcode field
- Enter a new Passcode using the number pad
- Tap Save
