Connecting Z6 PinPad to Dejavoo terminal

If you just received your Dejavoo PIN Pad follow the below guide for a quick set up process.
- Remove the power from the terminal
- The Z6 has a cord that comes out of it. This cord has a block at he end
- Plug the Straight end of the Included Micro USB plug Into the Block at the end of the Z6 cord
- Plug the L-Shaped end of the Micro USB into the Z11 Terminal (USB Port 1 or 2 does not matter)
- Plug the power back into the terminal
- The Dejavoo Terminal will power up and display the message “Press OK when PIN Pad displays Welcome”.
- The PIN pad will then begin to turn on.
- Once the PIN Pad displays “Welcome” select OK on the Dejavoo Terminal
- The PIN pad will begin to upload the parameters.
- The upload is complete when the PIN pad displays “Welcome” and the Dejavoo Terminal is on the Credit, Sale, Enter Amount screen.
The First Transaction
Once the PIN pad is connected you are ready to run your first transaction!
- From the Credit, Sale, Enter Amount screen enter the transaction amount.
- The Dejavoo Terminal will display waiting on PIN Pad.
- The PIN Pad will display Tap, Insert, Swipe, Enter Amount.
- Insert chip.
- The terminal will then communicate with the host.
- If transaction is successful, receipt prints.
- Unplug the ethernet cable from the Terminal
- Plug the ethernet cable into the PINPAD
- Hold power to reset, then hit cancel key repeatedly to get to the program manager on the PINPAD.
- Select DV Credit app/ Credit/Debit/EBT.
- Press 2
- Select Yes to delete.
- Enter the Password 0106
- Run full download on pinpad.
- Plug the ethernet cable back into the terminal.
- From the terminal settings, pinpad parameters need to be updated.
- Restart terminal and follow instructions to finish pairing.
- Welcome screen should now appear.
Disconnecting PIN PAD temporarily
- Reboot terminal
- When PIN Pad displays "Welcome" Press OK
- You will be prompted "Retry" or "Enter Standalone Mode"
Select Enter Standalone mode
Disconnecting PID PAD permanently
This will require a file build and download.
- Contact the file holder (Processor or merchant Services) and get a file change.
- Preform download
