Trying to close batch and getting error Batch Failed to Adjust Trans - timeout reversal

Cause

1. The terminal is trying to adjust a Transaction but is failing
   • This could be a real Error of a tip failing and the Error will tell you the transaction in question
2. More often this is due to the Dejavoo having multiple same day transactions and the Dejavoo history is showing already settled transactions on the Current report and attempts to adjust them off during settlement and fails since the transactions is no longer in the terminal

Resolution

1. Check IQ for 2 batches on the same day
2. Print the current report
3. Compare the current report to the transactions on both the open and closed batch to verify if some settled are showing in the terminals batch
4. If transactions that have been closed are still on the terminal, Force close batch in IQ and Delete batch on terminals to resolve issue
