Processing mode: Phone

This can occur for phone/dial merchants. It WILL fail since it is set up for Ethernet only. This message just means that the terminal was trying to see if there were any new updates NOT that there was an update to take. Merchants are getting confused by the message. Any dial up merchants that may need an update will be updated by us via USB.
