Consult with a supervisor before Deleting a batch

1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
   • If the green OK button does not work try...
     • On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
     • On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
   
   
2. Select Applications
3. Select Credit/Debit/EBT (push green ok button)
4. Select Host Utility
5. Key in terminal password 1234
6. Select Batch Features
7. Select Delete Open Batch
8. Confirm if necessary

Common Errors

• Batch not open No batch currently open on terminal. Batch is empty.
