1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
   • If the green OK button does not work try...
     • On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
     • On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
    
2. Select Utility
3. Enter the Password (1234)
4. Hit GREEN OK key
5. Select Communications
6. Select Local Parms
7. Select 3G/GPRS
8. Select Status
9. Select Reconnect
10. The terminal will display GPRS Connecting…
11. Once connected the main screen will display the 3G icon at the top of the screen.

To confirm connection

1. Tap the 3G icon and it will give you the details of the connection.
2. If the terminal reads LAN Active look for your network IP address to display.
3. Tap PING menu option on touch screen models.
4. Select the number 2 on the keypad for PING GOOGLE.
   1. If terminal displays PING SUCCESS, you are ready to begin processing. Attempt a test sale to confirm approval receipt.
   2. If terminal displays PING FAILS, check your network configurations - we usually recommend resetting your router -  and try again. Or contact Fattmerchant support for additional assistance.

1. Tap the top of the screen near date and time
2. Select 3G GPRS
3. Select the connect option
