Trying to close batch and getting error Close open tabs before settling batch

When merchant tries to void the transaction, they get trans not found

Cause

1. Merchant has a pre-auth trans that is still open

Resolution

1.  
2. Select Activations
3. Select Credit/Debit
4. Select Tips & Tabs
5. Select Manage Tabs
6. Search for the Open Transaction
7. Select Void Tab
8. Click Yes to Confirm
