Symptoms:

• Trying to use Dejavoo Terminal and getting error: Protocol Error

Causes:

1. Time and date are incorrect
2. This error indicates there is an issue with the file*, and will require a change be made to the file
   *Note that this may include account issues (e.g. closed, suspended, inactive)

Resolution 1:

1. Correct time and date
2. Power cycle terminal
