You have to pull up the profile in MMSx in order to see the profile template. 

Here's how to find it:

1. Search for the terminal by entering the TPN in the search bar in the top left: 

2. Click on the TPN link to open the profile:

3. Under the Template field, the file name will have 'Rest' in it if it is a restaurant template. 

Note: If it is a restaurant template, it will have tips enabled automatically, even if the Tip_Mode parameter says off.
