Dejavoo: Invalid Batch Sequence

Outside of making sure that the batch has been closed successfully, you have to increase the batch number in the Dejavoo. Here's how to do that:
- From Idle Screen
- Press Green "OK" button
- Scroll until "Applications" is highlighted and press OK
- "Credit/Debit/EBT" should be highlighted. Press OK
- Terminal may ask for password. If so, press 1,2,3,4 then OK.
- Scroll to "Host Utility" and press OK
- Scroll to "Batch Features" and press OK
- Set Batch # should be highlighted. Press OK
- Screen will read "Starting batch # x" where x will be the current batch number.
- Enter a number which is x + 1. for instance. if batch number is currently 3, press 4 and then enter.
- Terminal will ask if you are sure. If so, press F2 for yes or yes on screen if touch screen.
- Press red X 4 times to get back to idle screen.
Now if this occurs to a merchant often, we may want to swap or replace terminal as its most likely on its way out.
