The Serial number can be found on the back of the device on the sticker at the top

1. Log into the appropriate DVMMSx

2. Locate the terminal with the TPN in the search bar

   

3. The terminal profile should open

4. Listed under the Edit Terminal section, there will be a DeviceID listed, that is going to be the terminals serial number
