  • AURA Method (Non-Touch Screen)
    1. Press F1 (Non-touch screen) or tap on Top Left of screen (Touchscreen).
    2. If terminal reads "No connection start default connection?" Press Yes (F2).
      • If connection successful, screen will show an IP address or return to main screen.
    3. Press F3 for Ping (Non-touch screen) or tap Ping
    4. Select Ping Option
      • 1 for ping Gateway
      • 2 for ping google.com

    1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
      • If the green OK button does not work try...
        • On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
        • On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
       
    2. Select Communications
    3. Select Comm Status
    4. Select Networks
    5. Select Ping
    6. Select an Ping Option
    1. Press the F1 Key
    2. Select Comm Status
    3. Hit the Down arrow until you see Ping and select it
    4. Select an Ping Option (Google works best) and press the Green Enter Key
