The program has been deleted off of the terminal. The program can not be download from the internet or phone line. The terminal will need to be programmed on-site with the merchant, a computer and a USB that will be sent OR replaced. Check with partner

1. Select dvAM App
2. Press green OK button
3. Terminal will boot normally
