Dejavoo QD: Not Powering On

If your QD Terminal will not power on, please try the following steps:
- Unplug power cable from the wall outlet (If in power strip please remove for testing)
- Test the wall outlet with a known working device to ensure it has power
- If outlet does not have power please find an outlet that does
- Remove the back cover on the terminal
- Unplug the battery from the terminal
- Hold power button down for 20 seconds (Battery and power cables are still unplugged)
- Reseat the power cable where it plugs into the terminal
- Reseat the power cable where it plugs into the AC Adaptor brick
- Plug the terminal power cord into the Known Working wall outlet
- Hold the power button for 20 Seconds
If it powers on
- Wait for the device to fully load
- Press the power button
- Select Power off from the screen
- Unplug the power cable
- Plug back in the battery
- Re-install the back cover on the terminal
- Plug the power cable back in
- Hold the power button for 20 Seconds to power on
- Wait for the terminal to fully load
- Make sure the battery charging symbol is showing
If it does not power on
