Merchant is getting an RBU error.
- Confirm with the merchant the batch number.
- If batch number is 999 or 100, please change the batch number to 1 on the terminal

- On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
If the green OK button does not work try...
On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
- Select Applications
- Select Credit/Debit/EBT
- Select Host Utility
- Select Batch Features
- Select Set Batch #
- Enter the number
- Press Green OK button
- Have the merchant reattempt the batch.
- If the batch does not settle, please escalate to Processor (Afterhours) or Merchant services (when the offices are open)
- There maybe a ""Stuck"" ""Rejected"" or ""Corrupt"" Transaction in the batch that must be deleted
