Dejavoo: RB- U Error/Reset batch/unknown error

Merchant is getting an RBU error.  

  1. Confirm with the merchant the batch number.  
  2. If batch number is 999 or 100, please change the batch number to 1 on the terminal

    1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu

      If the green OK button does not work try...

      On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core

      On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen


    2. Select Applications
    3. Select Credit/Debit/EBT
    4. Select Host Utility
    5. Key in the Password and hit the Green OK button

    6. Select Batch Features
    7. Select Set Batch #
    8. Enter the number
    9. Press Green OK button



  3. Have the merchant reattempt the batch.
  4. If the batch does not settle, please escalate to Processor (Afterhours) or Merchant services (when the offices are open)
    1. There maybe a ""Stuck"" ""Rejected"" or ""Corrupt"" Transaction in the batch that must be deleted
