When using a touchscreen you will select by using your finger and touching the options
When using a NON-touch-screen version, use the arrows to highlight and the Green ok to select your options

1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
   • If the green OK button does not work try...
     • On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
     • On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
   
   

2. Select Applications

   

3. Select Credit/Debit/EBT

   

4. Select Reprint Receipt

   

5. Key in terminal password 1234

6. Select Either Last, By transaction #, or By Card Number

   • Last will reprint the receipt for the last transaction
   • By Transaction # - Enter the transaction number from the original receipt to reprint the receipt for this transaction 
   • By Card Number - Enter the card number to retrieve the transactions ran on that card
     Must be on the Current batch. Can not reprint from a closed batch even with the card number

   

7. Receipt will print
