Dejavoo: SSL Certificate Error/Problem

Will return error code followed by
"SSL Certificate Problem" when trying to process a sale.
This can be caused by incorrect date/time on the terminal.
Please check the date/time and edit if needed by following this document
**Always remember time needs to be in military time format**
**Please remember to add the seconds HH:MM:SS**
If instructions are not working, Power Cycling the terminal will prompt you to confirm date and time.
You will be able to reset if you select No when asked this confirmation appears
- On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
- If the green OK button does not work try...
- On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
- On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
- If the green OK button does not work try...
- Select Utility
- Key in manager password 1234
- Select Settings
- Select Date And Time
- Currently programmed date will be displayed.
- Start typing to enter new value in the format MM/DD/YY.
- Press green OK button.
- Currently programmed time will be displayed.
- Start typing to enter new value in 24hr format HH:MM:SS.
Note: There is no way to take the Dejavoo out of military time(24hr)
- Start typing to enter new value in 24hr format HH:MM:SS.
- Press green OK button.
- Terminal will go back to Settings screen.
- Press the red Cancel button two times to return to main screen.
If this does not resolve the issue, it may need to be escalated to Dejavoo
