Dejavoo terminal has an flashing A stuck on the screen and you are unable to get off of it

Resolution

1. Open the Program manager: Restart the terminal and press the red X button continuously until the terminal beeps or you are in the Program manager
2. On program manger screen verify it only shows, 1. DVama and 2. DVCredit
3. Press the # key (this will highlight DVCcredit app)
4. Press 2
5. Enter the password 0106 and press the green Enter button (or ok)
6. Merchant will be prompted to delete credit app, Tap OK
7. Will return to main screen with only 1. DVama
8. Press the Green enter button
9. Terminal should reboot. If not reboot manually
10. On reboot it should show critical update required
    • If the terminal does not show critical update message, you will need to perform an RMA
11. Hit Update
