Dejavoo: Can Not Close Batch due to Tamper error

If a terminal gets a Tamper error it will block most functions to protect card holder data. If a tamper error is preventing a merchant from settling the batch the batch must be manually closed and the device should be RMA'd.

If you do not have access to IQ for the reseller: you will need to refer to the partner homepage to determine the best escalation path to have the batch force closed. 

If you DO have access to the resellers IQ Portal you can close the batch manually
