    1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
      • If the green OK button does not work try...
        • On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
        • On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen

    2. Select Applications
    3. Select Credit / Debit / EBT
    4. Select Host Utility
    5. Key in manager password 1234
    6. Select Void Transaction
    7. Select search method
      1. By Transaction # - Enter Transaction # as shown on receipt
      2. View All - cycle through all batch transactions
    8. Follow any additional prompts
    9. Void will print a receipt upon completion.


    1. On the main screen press the green OK button to get to the Core Menu
      • If the green OK button does not work try...
        • On Aura non-touch models press F1 for Core
        • On Aura Touch Models tap the 3 lines at the bottom of the screen

    2. Terminal will return to main screen, but will now display "Void" to the right of Credit.
    3. Key in amount of transaction and press the green OK button
    4. Terminal will display the Amount and prompt for OK (F2) or CANCEL (F4)
    5. Key in manager password 1234
    6. Tap, insert, swipe, or enter card number.
    7. Follow any additional prompts
    8. Void will print a receipt upon completion.

    • Z8 & Z1
    • Z11, Z9 & QD Models
      1. From the main credit sale screen, tap F1 to access the favorites menu.
      2. Tap FAVORITES
      3. Tap VOID TRANSACTION
      4. If prompted, input manager password (1234) and press OK
      5. Use the down arrow to highlight the desired method to void the transaction and press OK:
        1. By Transaction # - Enter Transaction # as shown on receipt (current batch only)
        2. View All - cycle through all current batch transactions
      6. Confirm the transaction you want to void by selecting OK or CANCEL using the down arrow
      7. The void will be processed. A Void receipt will print with details of the voided transaction
      1. Tap on the STAR icon on the terminal home screen
      2. If prompted, enter Manager Password (1234) and press OK to access the favorites menu
      3. Tap VOID TRANSACTION
      4. If prompted, enter Manager Password (1234) and press OK
      5. Tap BY TRANSACTION #
      6. Input TRANSACTION # to be voided and press OK
      7. Confirm the void transaction by tapping SELECT
      8. If prompted, confirm the void amount by tapping OK or CANCEL
      9. The void will be processed. A Void receipt will print with details of the voided transaction
