As a reseller, will Vivid invoice the merchant directly on a recurring basis? 

It depends on what agreement you're in. However, we always suggest that Vivid invoices the reseller and the reseller invoices the Merchant. That way you can review all invoices before going out. 

Can I white-label Vivid's software? 

Only if you're boarding the MID under Vivid. 

Can you do Dual Pricing, Cash Discount, Or Surcharge?

Yes to all three. 

Do you have online ordering? 

Yes, we integrate with Chowly. 

Do you intergrade with food delivery companies? 

Yes 

Do you have loyalty and gift cards and can they be transferred over to a new Vivid POS system?

Yes. You can transfer your old loyalty accounts and gift cards to a new Vivid solution.

Do you have e-commerce?

Yes

Can you invoice? 

Yes

What are your buy rates? 

It depends which reseller agreement you are signed under.
