Step 1: Train & Equip
Action: Vivid Health trains the agent and provides necessary marketing materials.
Objective: Ensure the agent is fully prepared and equipped with the knowledge and tools to engage potential clients effectively.
Step 2: Prospect
Action: The agent sources healthcare opportunities.
Objective: Identify potential clients who could benefit from the PMB services.
Step 3: Qualify
Action: The agent qualifies the prospect and engages the Vivid Health Team.
Objective: Determine the prospect’s needs and readiness to proceed, ensuring they are a good fit for PMB services.
Step 4: Demo
Action: The agent schedules a product demonstration using the sales rep’s scheduling link and fills out the Opportunity Registration link.
Tasks:
Schedule the demo using the scheduling link.
Complete the Opportunity Registration Form.
Sales representative for PMB executes the product demo.
Present the value proposition to the prospect.
Step 5: Close
Action: The agent presents pricing and completes the Partner Merchant Agreement.
Objective: Secure the client's commitment and formalize the agreement.
Step 6: Board
Action: The agent receives the approved Merchant Identification Number (MID) and submits the VAR sheet to Vivid Health.
Objective: Finalize the client's onboarding process with all necessary documentation and approvals.
Step 7: Install & Support
Action: PMB performs the installation with the provider/merchant and provides ongoing technical support.
Objective: Ensure a smooth transition to using PMB services and maintain ongoing client satisfaction with continued support and troubleshooting.
