SwipeSimple: Activation

Here are the instructions on how to help a merchant activate their SwipeSimple hardware and account.
Download the App. If they haven’t downloaded the app to your device, they can do so by searching for the SwipeSimple in the app store on their mobile device. Once they have the SwipeSimple application loaded to their mobile device, open the application.
- Activate the App. Activate your SwipeSimple application by signing in using your email address and password that has been emailed to you from noreply@swipesimple.com.
- Create New Password. You will be prompted to create a new password upon initial login. Your new password should be a minimum of 8 characters.
It is very important that you activate your account prior to accepting transactions. If you process the transactions in DEMO mode they will not be debited from the cardholder or funded to your account.
Troubleshooting Ideas:
- For best results in using the card reader, remove any phone covers that you may have on your phone.
- Turn volume all the way up
- Ensure the card reader is properly charged. If not, plug it in using the provided USB cord.
SwipeSimple Escalations:

They can also be reached at 1 (800) 783-5596 but their support team is faster to respond via email than through the phone line.
