SwipeSimple: Manage Accounts in SwipeSimple RAMP

Use SwipeSimple RAMP to:
- Access transaction data for all SwipeSimple accounts in your portfolio
- Manage account information for all SwipeSimple accounts
- Customize and edit RAMP settings for your onboarding team
- Add new users to your onboarding team
- Access to SwipeSimple Resources and support materials
Customize SwipeSimple RAMP from the Settings tab
- Choose to allow merchants to add users from SwipeSimple Dashboard
- Opt in to SwipeSimple new user emails
- Customize your support text for merchants
- Upload your logo to participate in co-branding
From the Settings tab you can edit:
- Company Name
- Phone Number
- Time Zone
- Daily Report Time
- Signature settings
- Tax settings
- Tip Settings
Click Update Settings once complete
From the Users tab:
- View merchant emails
- Update user settings
- Add New User
- Act as User (Act as User allows you to view SwipeSimple Web as the merchant sees it from their account)
Reset a merchant’s password:
- Click into the account from the Companies tab
- Click on Users
- Select the user email
- Click on Reset Password
Update Merchant Account information:
- Batch Time
- Time Zone
- Merchant Account Name
Once an account has been onboarded, VAR sheet updates need to be completed by SwipeSimple support
View a merchant’s Transaction Reports:
- Daily breakdown of merchant transactions
- Separate reports for each merchant account
- Use as a tool to easily view merchant transaction details
