SwipeSimple will be sunsetting support of the A200 card reader in an upcoming release towards the end of September. Please note that the A200 card reader is an audio jack reader that was removed from our product line back in 2019.

We have identified 1 merchant in your portfolio who will be impacted by this change. For the merchant impacted, there are three options for continuing to use SwipeSimple. 

1. CardFlight will replace A200 readers with B200 readers for these merchants at no cost, allowing them to upgrade and continue to stay current with the SwipeSimple mobile application.

2. Merchants can continue to use the A200 so long as they do not upgrade the SwipeSimple mobile application. CardFlight will no longer be testing these devices so any issues they encounter would be at their own risk.

3. Merchants can key in cards manually without the use of a card reader using the SwipeSimple mobile application.
