    You will not need to settle

    The only devices that can manually settle are the PAX A80/A920. SwipeSimple will only auto settle on all other devices.  All SwipeSimple deployments on an A80/A920 have to have a BroadPOS app. You can go in and manually settle via the BroadPOS app OR let the A80/A920 auto settle.  

    1. Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
    2. Tap on the BroadPOS app (processor dependent) 
    3. Tap on FUNC 
    4. Tap on Batch
    5. Tap on Batch Close 
    6. If prompted with “Close w/ Untipped” tap Yes
    7. Wait for the batch to fully close and settle
    8. Once a receipt is printed and/or you get a “Batch close success” message, the batch has successfully closed
    9. Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
    10. Tap on SwipeSimple

    1. Log into the SwipeSimple reseller portal
    2. From the Left-hand navigation Pane select Accounts
    3. Select the account for which you are adjusting the Auto settle time
    4. Select Merchant Accounts
    5. Select the Merchant account name from the list
    6. In the General information you will see the Time zone and the Daily Batch time. Please update the Batch time here.
