Hardware Ordering  

During initial onboarding calls, a member of the Vivid team will work with you to customize a hardware package that matches your businesses needs. After finalizing your package, you will receive an email containing a link directing you to a pre-populated check-out cart. From there you can purchase your hardware and get started!

Order Tracking 

Once you have ordered your tailored hardware package from Vivid, you can expect a follow-up email within 24 hours providing you with a tracking link. Your tracking link will progress periodically through the fulfillment and shipping process.


Shipping Times 

Depending on what shipping option you selected and your location, your tracking link will update you on your package's estimated time or arrival. 


Hardware Installation and Setup 

Once you have received you hardware, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your initial install.
