New Customer Sign Up Issues
To resolve your sign-up issues, please send us an email at onboarding@hellovivid.com outlining where you are having signup issues and a member of our team will reach out to you and help.
I Signed Up But Haven't Heard Back
Once your application is completed and signed, the processing time is typically within 24 hours or less. If approved, we will set up your merchant account and ship your hardware promptly. If you still have not heard back after a few days, please reach out to onboarding@hellovivid.com.
