• Issue with SIM
• Issue with SIM Communication
• Other unknown causes

Resolutions

1. Check SIM installation

      Dejavoo: Install SIM card

2. Make sure the comm priority has GPRS listed as either Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary comm type

   Dejavoo: Check Current Comm type

   If GPRS is not set as a comm type please set the comm type to include GPRS

   Devajoo: Change Comm Type / Mode and Change Comm Priority

   
   

3. Enable GPRS
